
Ski season is right around the corner. It might feel early because it’s November, but now is the time to dial up your workouts so that you’re ready when the snow starts coming down. Right now, my workout routine consists of gym sessions 3x a week in addition to getting in as many hikes as possible before the weather turns.
The 3x a week I go to the gym, I always incorporate the 5 moves below into my workouts. These 5 simple exercises are a combination of leg burners and core builders, which are perfect for getting you in shape for the slopes.
